 Môrlan is a superb 3 storey architect designed detached holiday property in the centre of Trearddur Bay and just a stones throw from the renowned European Blue Flag Beach. Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island which has a truly spectacular coastline indented with rocky coves and sandy beaches. A great place for nature lovers with excellent bird watching and lots of rock pools to explore.
Watersports, bathing, fishing, walking and sailing are the main activities during summer months and golfers will enjoy the Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. There are shops, pubs, restaurants, snooker hall and 9 hole golf course in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities with its out of town shopping complex, ferry port with day trips to Eire (99 minutes on the fast ferry) and the Ucheldre Centre for those with an interest in local art and culture.

Môrlan is ideal for families with young children or couples seeking to be within a short walking distance of the beach, local shops and dining establishments in accommodation which is clean and furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. Morlan is a truly lovely, spacious holiday home with a really nice feel to it.
The ground floor has combined children’s bedroom/playroom with bunk beds, double futon with a selection of toys and games to entertain at home or on the beach, this is a great room for children to have their own space. Twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and ample drawer space. Family bathroom with over bath thermostatic shower (not electric), washbasin and WC. Tumbledryer with steam iron and ironing board; there is a rotary clothes dryer for outside use and lots of pegs, this is really useful for beachwear.
On the first floor is the spacious open plan lounge and dining area with French Windows leading to a small balcony. Unwind on the comfortable leather sofa or reclining chair in front of the log effect fire and watch the world go by. Modern sound system, widescreen LCD TV (the one in the photo has been replaced) with Freeview, DVD and video player with an ample selection of videos for the children. The dining area with seating for 6 and beautiful custom made pine cupboards leads into the extremely well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, gas hob, electric oven and breakfast bar for 2 should the children wish to dine solo.
The beautiful and bright spacious master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom is located on the second floor. Sea views from the velux windows with blackout blinds inset into the pitched ceiling.
Gas central heating offers comfort in all seasons. Outdoors there is private parking for 2 cars and a small enclosed pebbled garden.
